• Free 6-day survivorship program that allows young adults who have survived childhood cancer to go on an adventure in Michigan. Some of the activities include hiking, kayaking, and biking. Travel Assistance is available.

Eligibility:

• Must fill out application on website
• Young adults who were diagnosed with cancer and are between the ages of 18-39
• Must have completed active treatment three months before first day of Base2Summit
